The Delta Pi house was the very first sorority to make its mark on campus when the college was established, and as such has been the one sorority that every girl has wanted to belong to. These are the prettiest girls on campus, and while they look to be as sweet as pie on the outside, on the inside they are anything but. These girls waste no time in reminding others around them that they are the best, the group that everyone wants to belong to or date. And once they let you in, you're in for life unless you want to end up having your reputation ruined by lies and false rumours. That's the number one rule when it comes to this sisterhood, that you don't let anyone on the outside know anything about what happens inside those walls. The house itself is fairly large, so the main six girls of the sorority can live in the house alongside a number of others. Those who choose not to live in the sorority house generally live in the female dormitory on campus.

If you're an intelligent young woman who values hard work and good grades, then you'll likely be trying to secure a place in the sorority of Beta Chi Nu. There is nothing more important than academic standing in this house, and you're allowed in based on your grades as well as how many scholarships you earned in order to attend Martin University. Even if you don't have any scholarships, they'll look at you if you catch the interest of a member and demonstrate promise in the academic field. Just make sure that you don't ever let those grades drop. If one of the sister's finds out that you're slacking off, they'll make sure that you're removed from the house as quickly as possible and shamed all over campus. The house of the Beta Chi Nu sorority is roughly the same size as the Delta Pi house, so the girls are always trying their hardest to get into the house for a quiet place to study so that they can be spared of having to live in the dormitories.

If you play a sport, and they say that you're good at it...well then there is a good chance that the ladies of Lambda Kappa Mu will be taking an interest in recruiting you to their sorority. They don't care about your grades, just as long as you maintain enough of an average to be eligible to play, and they really don't care about what else you do with your free time. All that matters to them is the athletics that got them into school and the possibility of a professional career when they're finished. In terms of dealing with the rest of the school, the only other group of people that they have an ounce of respect for are the boys of Alpha Phi Nu, who also take their sports rather seriously. Heaven forbid you should ever find yourself removed from your team or sport though, because they don't take kindly to failure. It doesn't matter if it's an injury or just because your coach says your attitude sucks, if you get pulled, then they will turn on you faster than you can say "world champion." The Lambda Kappa Mu house isn't overly large, so it's mostly the main six members who live in the house while most of the others remain in the dormitories on campus in order to be as close to their training grounds as possible.
Colours: Navy Blue & Bronze
Mascot: Peregrine Falcon
The newest and smallest sorority on campus, the house of Sigma Theta Phi has yet to really make their mark and earn the right to be there. these ladies are far more accepting of who they take under their wing without the prejudices that the other houses display, and it seems to earn them a bad reputation. The other sororities and fraternities like to bad-mouth them because of their size and some of the girls who belong to their group, but they do their best to ignore it all. They like the arts more than anything else it seems, coming from various backgrounds and wanting different things in life, but they think that their diversity makes them that much stronger. They're planning on showing up the other sororities in the near future and proving that they're worth the time to look at, and they're prepared to team up with the fraternity of Kappa Kappa Psi in order to make it happen. Since they're such a small group of ladies, their house isn't yet full, but they like to be together and so live under the same roof.
